

K-Air recorded an excellent response from its first participation at the Dubai Airshow with firm orders for 02 Business Jets besides overwhelming response from various operators in the Gulf for trade options of their current fleet.
The Charter division has signed a MoU with an H.N.I as well as an Indian conglomerate based out of U.A.E for their Middle East requirements. “Overall the response has been positive” as per Mr.Bala Menon, General Manager, K-Air ( Middle East ). “The Dubai Airshow has given us the right platform to formally announce the opening of a branch in the Middle East. We intend to launch our dedicated Middle East sales office out of DWC, Aviation City, Dubai towards Q1 2012” – Mr. Ronnie Roshan , Director and Vice-President Jet Sales for K-Air was quoted.
The 2011 Dubai Airshow was an outstanding success drawing 56,548 trade visitors from around the world along with 960 exhibitors from 50 countries and 1,452 international and regional media. Yet again the event proved to be one where deals are made and the total order book for the Dubai Airshow was in excess of $63 billion.
